Specialty Field Service has been servicing BAE Systems HybriDrive® and related drive systems since 2001. We are authorized to diagnose, replace and repair all drive system components including high voltage energy storage systems.
Our expert service technicians will review diagnostic fault codes, perform measurements and other tests to determine the cause of system faults. We have equipment to monitor and diagnose CAN Bus communications. We will also work directly with the vehicle OEM and component manufacturers to diagnose difficult problems.
Our technicians will remove and replace failed components. In some cases, with manufacturer authorization, components can be repaired on-vehicle or on-site depending on the failure.
We are factory authorized to replace lithium-ion battery modules in BAE Systems' electric drive systems. We provide complete, turn-key service. This can include arranging to have used battery modules picked up from your site and removed for recycling.
We will work with your technicians and supervisors to perform inspections of delivered electric vehicles. In addition to visual inspections and functional tests our technicians can verify and update system software as required.
